Abstrakt

In addition to the origins of the CAS and its organisational structure, the paper discusses arbitral jurisdiction and rules of procedure before the Court. The analysis of almost all statutes of international sports federations, in terms of the scope of their recognition of CAS jurisdiction, is of special importance. A lot of attention is also devoted to the relationships between the CAS and FIFA.
