Abstract

The present article discusses the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure introducing a possibility of lodging a procedural document to the court via an information portal. The author analyzes the duties imposed on the professional legal agents in this regard. The article describes legislative premises regarding the obligation of lodging a procedural document to the court via an information portal, including a personal and material scope of the obligation. The author analyzes provisions regarding the principles of procedure in case of a lack of an information portal or a lack of a technical possibility to submit an attachment to a pleading.
