Abstract

The glossed judgment discusses the assessment of the effects of violation of the provisions of administrative procedure in the field of electronic service, referred to in art. 39¹ of the Code of Administrative Proceedings – in the wording from before 5 October 2021 – on the course of proceedings before a common court concerning an objection to a decision of a local government appeals board (Art. 80 of the Real Estate Management Act of 21 August 1997).
