Abstract

The text provides examples of Polish legal regulations that allow for automatic decisions within the meaning of Art. 22(1) of the GDPR which the same time constitute exceptions from the ban on making such decisions specified in Art. 22(2)(b) of the GDPR, and then goes on to assess their fulfilment of requirements laid down in the abovementioned GDPR provisions.
