Abstract

The article presents complex relationships between the norms of the legal order in force in Poland and the norms of canon law regulating the sale (alienation) of real estate owned by organisational units of the Catholic Church. This issue is differently evaluated, especially in the doctrine, and therefore requires a separate analysis, the summing up of which is the author’s own opinion/conclusion.
