Abstract

The question considered in this article concerns determination of a beginning and an end of t. Despite the fact that the legislator and the parties of legal acts use the commonly applied units of time, the question when a given time limit starts and when it ends precisely sometimes arouses doubts which must be resolved by the Supreme Court.
