Abstract

The first part of the article discusses the obligation of the entities subject to entry in the business register and facultatively of the entities subject to entry in the register of associations, foundations and other organisations to make a submission to the registration court keeping the National Court Register via the IT system. It also describes the consequences of the incorrect submission bypassing the IT system and the consequences of failure to pay the submission fee.
