Abstract

The article presents legislative changes in the Code of Civil Procedure introduced during the 8th term of the Sejm. As those changes concerned primarily enforcement proceedings, since they were introduce primarily by the Acts of 22 March 2018 on court bailiffs and of 28 February 2018 on enforcement costs, the article focuses on these proceedings.
