Abstract

The gloss analyses legal consequences of the judgment of Constitutional Tribunal passed on 16 May 2018 (ref. no. SK 18/17). The author discusses t its impact on the shape and further application of both Art. 70.1 of the Family and Guardianship Code as well as other provisions of filiation law and indicates the need for amending some of these provisions.
