Abstract
This article presents issues relating to the proceedings to secure claims in divorce cases. The conditions for securing monetary claims in maintenance cases and non-pecuniary claims relating to parental authority and the determination of spouses' contacts with minor children have been discussed in detail. In addition, the course of the proceedings to secure claims as well as its objectives and functions, taking into account the amendment to the Code of Civil Procedure and views of the doctrine and the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court and common courts have been also discussed.
