Abstract

The article outlines changes introduced to the Code of Civil Procedure by the Act of 4 July 2019 amending the Code of Civil Procedure and certain other acts. Special attention was given to those new solutions which refer to such key actions of the court as: ruling, drafting statements of the grounds for judgments as well as issuing and serving decisions passed at closed sessions. Al lot of space in the article has been also devoted to court instructions.
