Abstract

The article discusses differences characterizing new proceedings in commercial cases. This concerns a special character of cases considered by commercial courts (commercial cases), differences concerning pleadings and instructions, concentration of procedural material, evidence and judgment, as well as exclusion of the application of certain provisions about trial in commercial cases.
