Abstract

Technological changes significantly affect the functioning of lawyers. It no longer involves only an advocate, judge, counsel of notary with a code, but also specialized software which supports their activity. The quality of such software, its security, as well as the certainty as to its correctness are essential for the certainty of law and functioning of lawyers. Smart contracts, blockchain, DLT, cryptocurrencies or tokens – constitute the technology lawyers cannot escape from.
