Abstract

The article discusses changes in the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure introduced by the Act of 4 July 2019 – one of the most comprehensive and most important since the Code was passed in 1964. The amendment is aimed primarily at making the proceedings more efficient and faster. In this part, the author discusses modifications of the Code provisions up to Article 204. To be continued.
