Abstract

The article discusses the constitutional requirement to examine a case without unjustified delay, which is one of the procedural guarantees of the right to fair trial. It also analyses legal consequences of submitting pleadings containing formal defects, in particular how does defective performance of these procedural acts affect the course of civil proceedings – its rapidity and efficiency.
