Abstract

The article present the amendment of the Code of Administrative Procedure passed on 21 February 2019 concerning the performance of certain duties specified in the GDPR with respect to personal data processing under the procedures laid down in the Code. The text discusses the meaning and scope of the new legal regulations and their impact on the cohesion of all Code provisions, and also analyses the possibilities for public administration bodies to implement the duties imposed on them by the new regulations.
