Abstract

The article discusses issues relating to the entry into force of the Act of 20 July 2018 on conversion of the right of perpetual usufruct of land developed for residential purposes into the ownership title. The article highlights the practical problems that the author believes to be most important relating to entering of the right of perpetual usufruct of land converted into the ownership right into land mortgage registers and the broadly conceived trading in properties subject to these transformations.
