Abstract

The article discusses changes introduced by the Act of 4 October 2018 on amendments to the Misdemeanour Code and certain other acts connected with midemeanours. The author analyses the changes and new institutions and points out the causes and consequences of their introduction. The authors focuses his attention in particular on the new institution under Art. 12 § 2 of the Penal Code, which provides for a possibility to attribute criminal responsibility for an offence to a perpetrator who committed a series offences against property.
