Abstract

The article first of all outlines the solutions adopted in the Act of 5 August 2015 on free legal assistance and legal education. It discusses the object of the regulation and the personal scope. It outlines certain views expressed with respect to the above mentioned legal act. Incidentally, in the context of free legal assistance the authors also indicated legal regulations which correspond with the dominating topics.
