Abstract
This publication is the second part of the article on actions taken by Polish courts in order to pass legal assistance requests in the form of service to or interviewing a person living abroad. This part continues the discussion on cross-border delivery of legal assistance requests. Other forms – apart from personal service – of delivery of requests to serve documents on a person staying abroad have been discussed and the possibility of requesting direct cross-border legal assistance has been indicated. The article concludes with an outline of practical aspects of cross-border transfer of legal assistance requests.
