Abstract

The article provides a review of the Polish caselaw regarding conflict of interest. The discussed judgments and decisions involve both cases of advocates and legal counsellors, as well as members of management boards of companies. It is justified by the fact that – notwithstanding all differences between those occupations – the analysis allows to identify a common ground as far as the concept of conflict of interest is concerned.
