Abstract

Pursuant to Article 38.1 of the Polish Press Law, in case of a refusal to publish a disclaimer it is possible to bring an action for issuing a relevant order. According to the Supreme Court’s latest case law, such an action should be brought against the office of the editor-in-chief, not against a natural person holding such position.
