Abstract
The critical gloss refers to the Supreme Court judgment, which allows for revocation of a notarial will by destroying one of its extracts. The article analyzes the current regulation as regards the possible methods of revoking a will. Attention has been also drawn to numerous doubts aroused by the position of the Supreme Court with respect to factual and evidentiary difficulties which may lead to numerous abuses. Moreover, the author considers the relationship between an excerpt of a notarial deed and the original.
