Abstract

The article discusses issues referring to the amendments of the Code of Criminal Procedure which came into force in 2016. The article focuses on those changes, in particular those which concern the institution of leaving the motion to exclude a judge unconsidered, civic organization, postal authorization, evidentiary prohibitions, ex post consent, participation of mass media and the decision to proceed in camera. The article also notes intertemporal regulations contained in each of the amending acts.
