Abstract

The fourth and last part of the article presents other changes introduced by the Amending Statute, discussing in detail the issue of the objection to a decision (cassatorial), modifications introduced as regards the procedures and deadlines for filing a complaint with an administrative court, the new duty to instruct the parties (complainants) as to the amount of the fee on the appeal submitted to court, as well as finality of administrative decisions.
