Abstract

The third part of the article presents further changes introduced by the Amending Act and discusses in detail the issue of simplified proceedings (including individual institutions and procedural differences), two-tiered administrative proceedings (elements restricting this general rule) and waiver of appeal (request to reconsider a case).
