Abstract

The second part of the article presents further changes introduced by the Amending Act to the Code of Administrative Procedure of 2017 and discusses in detail the issues of collaboration of public administration authorities, inactivity or an authority and excessive duration of proceedings (including the new institution of a reminder), service of documents, time limits, authentication of documents, mediation, administrative arrangement and tacit settlement of administrative business.
