Abstract

First, the article discusses the concept of personal rights and claims, the importance of entering them in the land and mortgage register, and the primary sources of a claim for transfer of real property. Then it outlines the ways of realizing (asserting, enforcing) that claim in the ordinary course of trade, in enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings and in four restructurings.
