Abstract

The article presents the report on the scientific conference 5th Wrocław Seminar in Criminal Procedure ”The norm of criminal procedure. Judges vis-a-vis changes in criminal procedural law”, which was held on 10 April 2017 in Wrocław, at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of Wrocław University, which was organized by the Chair of Criminal Procedure. The report presents the main theses outlined by the speakers at the conference.
