Abstract

The article focuses on the structure of entries in the Polish Court Register from the viewpoint of their effects. Considerations based on an analysis of the regulations concerning commercial law partnerships allow to assume that the dichotomous classification of entries as constitutive or declaratory is insufficient. This solution is also favoured by the classification of entries indicated in German law.
