Abstract

The case includes a very frequently encountered charged that objects (here: real property) have been sold for an inadequately low price. However, atypicality of „a declaration of claim substantiated by the above charge consists in the fact that it is made by a joint stock company based in Istanbul which is a shareholder of a Polish limited liability company– the seller of real property to another Polish joint stock company against which liquidation bankruptcy has been declared. The tangle of juridical issues connected therewith makes up a really Gordian know which the author – against the myth – tries to untie instead of cutting.
