Abstract
In recent years, unmanned aerial vehicles (so-called drones) have been more and more frequently used not only for sports and entertainment but also for business purposes. However, use of drones may endanger safety and privacy. Although there are more dangerous devices, though it may be presumed that drones may become a mass-scale problem. Even drones bought as toys, if improperly handled may do damage. The emergence of common rules as to the use of drones is not favoured by considerable legal differences between states. Moreover, due to technological progress prices become lower and the possibilities of drones greater. Legal regulation of the functioning of unmanned aerial vehicles is, therefore, highly problematic.
