Abstract

The following text constitutes the second part of the article concerning discounts granted under Art. 68.2 of the Real Property Management Act published in MP no. 17. The article discussed the latest amendments introduced to the Real Property Management Act by the act of 12 June 2015. The article presents the circumstances in which courts may refuse to grant the right to request reimbursement of the discount.
