Abstract
In this article the authoress outlines the problems of interpreting judgments under the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure. Interpretation of a judgment is regulated in Art. 352 of the Code. According to this provision, the court which issued a judgment shall resolve any doubts as to its contents. The article analyzes the premise justifying interpretation of a judgment, namely the existence of doubts as to its contents. Moreover, the authoress has attempted to characterize the error committed by the court at the stage of formulating a judgment, which gives rise to doubts as to the contents thereof.
