Abstract

The current level of utilization and availability of copyrighted materials requires stepped up legal protection of the owner of copyright and related rights with the use of penal law instruments. This article provides a dogmatic analysis of legal regulations relating to personal and financial copyright protection against plagiarism and illegal dissemination of other authors’ works by journalists.
