Abstract
The article discusses the latest amendments of the Code of Civil Procedure by the legislative act of 10 May 2013. They concern, first of all, a change of the provisions regulating formal requirements for the first statement of claim in a case; then certain conditions for asserting claims under the electronic writ-of-payment proceedings; and finally – what is most important – reinforcement of protection of debtor’s legal situation in enforcement proceedings conducted under the execution title based on a default judgement or an order for payment under the payment-order proceedings, writ-of-payment proceedings and electronic writ-of-payment proceedings.
