Abstract

In this study, the author argues against the views of admissibility of partial disinheritance in the Polish Civil Code and presents the arguments in favor of this concept. In his opinion, these arguments do not prove admissibility of partial disinheritance , but rather the need to reject this idea in the current Polish law.
